I was working on this yesterday :-). It's a fallout of the updated installer.should fix both errors (installing a NAS as write this to verify).-P

I also noticed that after nas boots NFS fails because it wants to export /export/data1 and that does not exist, just /state/partition1
So I changed /etc/exports to export /state/partition1 then restarted nfs and it worked
