Hi
To successfully open browser there is three important and one less important points to take in consideration: The important points are:
1) Browser, in this case Chrome
2) Browser driver, in this case ChromeDriver
3) Selenium, not know in this case.
All three points should support each other. The browser driver release pages usually tell (Chrome is good in this side) what browser version they support, so make sure browser is compatible with your browser driver (At least in the picture it is not.) Also make sure that your Selenium version is compatible with the browser driver, which usually can be found from the Selenium release notes, but Selenium is not particularly good at this. so trying out the latest and beta/alfa/rc version is good choice.
The less important point is SeleniumLibrary. The latest SeleniumLibrary supports only Selenium 3.141 and 4. Usually SeleniumLibrary is pretty flexible on the Selenium version, but moving to Selenium 4 requires to drop support for older Selenium versions then 3.141.0
