How to begin contributing

Sorry to say sir but till now I don't have any such experience in Android development but I am very eager to learn it.I know Java and was trying to learn flutter for android development.I will be grateful to you if you could guide me how to proceed and whether I can contribute(even to minute level)to your organization) as even though I am beginner but passionate about open source.
