Cannot obtain my location

I have a new Mac. Every time I sign on I get the notification that I can get my location if I connect my network or change my network settings. I have open network settings but I don't see anything that points to Road Trip Planner as needing some sort of connection. Both Bluetooth and WiFi are active. Anyone got any tips about how I can fix this. Because I do like to start with my location.

Have you tried restarting your Mac?

I get the notification occasionally but I ignore it.

Have you tried adding Road Trip Planner to Location Services?

Thanks. Would be good for the error that says the WiFi is turned off, that people could also check the Location Services.
