Local independent mechanic?

Besides Steve Michelson, who else in the Denver area works on our older (carbureted) Triumphs? I thought there was somebody who used to work at Erico who had hung out his own shingle and was doing some light mechanic work on the side?

I mainly need the 24,000 mile service done which means valve adjustment and carburetor synchronizing.

There was a fellow that worked for Dave Porter that was taking on small jobs out of his garage, he went by the name “HillBilly”, but he passed away about a year or so ago!

I think Kurt moved to NY about a year ago, Imperial is going to to do my Sprint's valves next month,

Kurt opened his own business and does carb Triumphs. I use TFog and they do as well.

I had a very good experience with Colorado Moto Service on Lipan St. They ended up not doing any work on my bike, but were very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. However I suspect their expertise shifts a bit more towards BMW than Triumph, but I wouldn't hesitate taking any bike there if they say they are willing to work on it.
