Hey, IB Steve ... there’s a non-zero chance I’m gonna suffer a breakdown out your way tomorrow or Tuesday... we’re gonna press on but if this goes south can I tap you to maybe pick up a stranded bike?

Thanks, man.  We are at Stay Wise on 50 ... doing Gateway tomorrow and going home Tuesday, but my bike has a kickstand sensor going bad - intermittently won’t start or will ride with the kickstand down ... :o

Jim, do you know if it can it be bypassed with a jumper wire or a resistor? I have the tools to help you do that if you know what to do. It’s an easy fix either way.

Wanted to give Steve a shout out here ... he was busy researching and offering tips while I was out rolling the dice and riding it anyway. I got home without incident ... I will buy you a beer in July anyway, just for being awesome!

“Busy” might be a bit strong but I will take you up on the beer all the same. Glad you made it home safe and sound and I hope you had a great time out here in the desert. See you in a couple months.
