February 2022 RAT meeting

Thank you for all the kind offers, Jim Baker has graciously agreed to host the meeting.  I'm working on the agenda now and hope to have it to Jim shortly.  I'll post it up on the Facebook page and Google Group tonight.  

I'm feeling much better but erring on the side of caution so I will not be at tomorrow's meeting.
