In regards to pricing on the shirts,this will be finalized when the order goes in on June 15th ( have four orders so far)

It was bought to my attention that the "shut off" day for the special rates on the rooms in Meeker was last Friday May 15th,duh!!!l will contact the White River Inn to see if they could run the deal through the Memorial Weekend.Number is 970-878-5031.Will let you know what l find out on this issue.Finally,l need an idea for the Friday pizza/beer night.Please let me know,l will also work on this from my end as well.Have a goog day

I think the pizza/beer night would be nothing more than take-out pizza and a few twelve-packs of beer at the motel. Am I missing something?

That was my thinking Bob.Sully offered to sponsor a small part of the rally.Will be reaching out to him next week about the Friday night bash
