Greetings everybody and to daylight savings time!

On July 18th-19th,"Triumph in the Rockies" rally will be returning to the Rabbit Ears Motel in Steamboat Springs.2025 marks Triumph's 30th anniversary selling Hinkley built motorcycles in the US of A,so l felt it was a good time to return to Steamboat,where the "adventure" started!!

The Rabbit Ears are blocking off 15 rooms at the following dis-counted rates to RMRAT members,which are good through June 6th.These appear as follows:

5 x single queen @$159/tax*
5 x twin queens @ $239/tax
5 x kings @ $239/tax

*Let me know if the single queen rooms sell out.Sharing a 2 queen room might be an option

Upon speaking to the rep,rooms are going fast,so act on this ASAP.

The Rabbit Ears WILL NOT honor the above dis-counted rates if you dial an 1-800 number or use e-mail/third party on- line system.

Like Jim Baker just said,the rooms are filling up fast!!!!

I experienced issues setting this up,but l hope all the bugs are worked out?

Be sure to mention the RMRAT group,because it caused some confusion and/ or my name.

As of 3.30 Sunday afternoon,only 2 single queen rooms are left for that weekend,but plenty of the twin queens and king size rooms remain.Do not be afraid to split a room with some one and contact me if you encounter issues or have question,now l need to go ride......

Well it’s quite a bit farther than I normally have to go for one of these shindigs, but I went ahead and reserved a room. At least I don’t have to ride down any interstate highway at all to get there. 

The clerk mentioned that since it’s their busy season that if I needed to cancel that they need a 14 day notice. Fair enough in my mind, but I hadn’t seen that mentioned before so I thought I’d pass it along.

If it's their busy season, they shouldn't have any difficulty in renting the room to someone else.

That’s the second last queen of the day. I just don’t get this new math. 

Steve, I can’t guarantee that I’ll be riding sweep this time around. The roads are pretty entertaining around there.

I was able to snag a King, looking forward to touching Wyoming on the Saturday ride.

I just booked and got a double bed room at $159 (Steve - I didn't see this on the list below so wasn't sure if she also set aside double bed rooms or these were just available at the standard rate). I am hoping to stay an extra night if I can.

Denise & I are booked.

The BMAC is planning a ride to Lake City the weekend prior and we're planning on joining them. So we will be in Colorado for a good week! We haven't decided were we will go after Lake City. However, will have a few days to get to Steamboat.

Was not aware that the double bed room was part of the dis-counted room rates.FYI I plan to lead a ride out of Fort Collins, then hit Podre Canyon to Waldon.Watch this space.....

I also got a double with full size beds for $159, they told me why the double queen was $239,  it was because it has a view of the river.
