to all:

Dan and I think we have 7 confirmed for Trinidad.  Al Miller, Chris Peltltz, Sean and Sara, Vince, Dan and Norm.

If we have missed any one, let us know.

Due to the weather forecast, we have moved our meeting time to 10:45 AM at Paty Ann's, 200 Comanche St in Kiowa with stands up to leave there at 11:00 AM.  We plan on a fuel stp in Limon at the Flying J around 12:15.

Lunch will be at Jodi's Grill, 209 N 2nd St in Rocky Ford.

This should put us at the Well Hotel, 155 Main St, Trinidad around 5:00 PM.

We've reserved a table at the Hotel Restaurant for dinner at 6:30 PM.

If we have missed anyone or you do not intend to meet at Patty's (no meal intended), let us know.

Norm -

Forecast in Windsor Saturday morning keeps dropping so it might be too cold / icy for me to leave and meet you guys in time. If so, I'd like to meet up with you guys in either Limon or Rocky Ford. Roughly what time are you planning to arrive at Jodi’s Grill?

I will send you a text message on Saturday morning letting you know if I can meet in Kiowa or

Chris, Norm's itinerary has us arriving in Limon at about 12 noon and then leaving 15-20 minutes later.   Our arrival is Rock Ford would be about 2 pm for lunch and leaving at 3 pm.

My cell is 303-748-1115 if you want to text me your whereabouts Saturday.  I have your cell number.

Tomorrow morning seems problematic early in terms of the temperature and/or ice on the roads at least for a while.

Weather.com shows a temp Saturday here in Denver of 38 by 9 am, 41 by 10 am and 43 by 11 am.  Chilly, but at least the temp is headed in the right direction.

I am driving--not riding--and will serve as the Sag Wagon on this ride.

I dont know about the rest of metro Denver but here in the Columbine neighborhood of Jefferson County, it started snowing about 10ish and so far we are at 3 inches and it is still snowing.

I should be leaving my house tomorrow about 9:45am for a 10:45am arrival. The weather forecast for 10am tomorrow for my zip code is mostly sunny and 37 degrees.

The roads are currently clear but wet, so fingers crossed.

Cheers,

Al M.

Thanks, Al.  Out here in the Lowry neighborhood in East Denver, the snow has not stuck to the pavement.  Norm is arriving soon to spend the night with me.

Just shoot me a text at 303-748-1115 tomorrow morning to keep me apprised of your progress and whereabouts.  We will wait for you (and the others) in Kiowa if you are just running late because of road conditions.

It stopped snowing at our home and currently the sun is shining.  I was out and about in Littleton and Centenial, and got home about an hour ago.  Despite snowing hard, the roads were only wet.  Not sure how things are further north.
