Good evening

As your "leader" throughout 2025,l hope that l met/exceeded your expectations.Whilst the bikes are parked up in the shed and our next meeting is not until February 2026,l intend to address some "nagging" bugs, fine tune a few things and entertain some ideas for 2026.

Main purpose of this e-mail is in regards to the meetings. Technically,we are good to go with Foothills, but l am also open to hear input from you all for an alternate location.l have two ideas for myself that l will be following up on and will let you know in due course. As for the selection process, make sure it has a secluded meeting area ,can accommodate around 15 people and has the option of an a/v set-up.

Regarding events for 2026,two overnight rides are in the works and 4 possible locations are being considered for Triumph in the Rockies.lf anyone of you have any ideas for a rally location, please let me know.

In closing,l have not forgotten about the year end social and aim to have an answer on this around Thankgiving weekend. It has been a pleasure leading this group and which you all a very festive holiday season

I enjoy the meetings at Foothills. The opportunity to look at and sit on new bikes is always good. Yes, many other dealers might welcome my attention, but I like the people at Foothills.

Echoing the thanks to Steve for organizing.  I can say from personal experience that it is not easy and we don't thank him enough.

I agree with Bob, the Foothills folks have been good to us.  It's not broken, why fix it?

Cheers,

Jim

I also want to echo a huge thanks to Steve for leading this year.

I like the location of Foothills, although I do find it sometimes tricky to make it down there on Saturday mornings. I always fondly remember tuesday nights with somewhere to sit and enjoy some snacks and a beverage being a great time. I bet it is hard now to find any time and place that would work for everyone though, so the ability to go for a ride after the meeting is pretty great.

Steve,
Many thanks for taking this on.  Coordinating this wishes of the group against what is possible is not easy.  They very often don't align.  Some people want a place west, others want north, while still of others want easy in spite of those who want south.

It seems like Foothills has been a willing participant.  I would encourage you to nurture this relationship.

Just remember, you're doing your best
