Hello,

The footnotes overall are extremely well formatted. A quick look reveals a few matters: CMOS doesn't recommend using Ibid; the first line of footnotes should be indented; check with the journal to see if they prefer spaces between footnotes; check with the journal to see if they want live links (some of your links are live and some are not); footnote 34 should not include the author's Ph.D.; and in the text of your paper, terminal punctuation (usually periods) should come before the inserted footnote number.

I'm looking at your block quotes, and they seem to be centered? While they should be indented, they should be left-aligned. There may be extra space between some of your paragraphs.

I hope that this helps. Your article is important and very relevant.

Take care,
Kimberly

To support but I am more familiar with APA style referencing. Having studied in Canada where the emphasis was as on APA, 8 lost track of others. 8 was also chief editor for Ghana and journal of Development studies for 9 years
