Hi everyone,
I’m currently working on a systematic review, scoping review, and meta-analysis. Could anyone kindly help me with access to a HINARI username and password?
Your support would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance! 🙏

Hi Ritbano Ahmed,

Glad to hear of your efforts. On the need for a username and password for access to the R4L programme, HINARI, I advice that you reach out to an institutional library in any of the institutions in your country that is enrolled in the R4L programmes. This is because username and password for accessing any of the R4L programmes are georeferenced. That means they are identified with the geographical location of the institution that owns it. If they are used for accessing the R4L website out the location of that institution, the R4L server will see it as attempted hacking from another location, and the username and password are at the risk of being blocked by the server.

Alternatively, you can still access any of the R4L programmes without a username and password, although this might be restricted to only the open access publications on the  programme.

I wish you all the best.
