Dear Ridgeside Residents,

 

Happy snow day.  Hope you are staying warm, and don’t forget to provide food and water for the birds.

 

You’re invited to the Annual Ridgeside Community Club lunch Meeting.

 

Save the date:   Friday, Feb, 13^th, 2026, at Noon, Community Room at Pool House, 300 Shepherd Ave.

 

Hope new residents will attend and meet your neighbors.  We’d love to see you.

 

Lunch provided.   All adults in Shepherd Hills and Crescent Park invited.  This is the one and only annual meeting, so come, visit with your neighbors, eat a quick lunch,  discuss plans for this next year, and support this great community.

 

Also, Community Club dues for the year are now being collected.  They are $25.00 per household and go to support community wide activities, like

Luminaire supplies, City Directory printing, Welcome Baskets, and picnic and social supplies as needed.  We also maintain a city-wide googlegroup which is free to us but one of our contributions.

 

We appreciate your membership support even if you are not able to make this annual meeting.  All proceeds go back into the community for activities that support everyone.

Lunch will be Tazikis baked chicken strips, Green lettuce salad, Rice, pitas, Tazikis sauce, and dessert plus tea or water.

Yeah 103 ridgeside road will be up for sale very very soon Mid-February no later than the end of the month Will be by a realtor I'm not going through this BS that I went through unbelievable when I tried for sale by owner I got some people you would not believe would of happened
