Error when trying to add a repository

I have been trying to add a repository today, but when I submit the form, it hangs for a really long time and then eventually I get this:

Error 503 Service Unavailable

Hi,

You'll need to check the log files to see what's happening. Just getting a 503 doesn't really tell us much.

Thanks for the quick response!  I am using the hosted service at RBCommons so I don't believe I have any log files.

It's not clear to me if it does not like some of the parameters I am using for the repo definition, or whether something is down at RBCommons.
