CRITICAL: [Errno 111] Connection refused

Hi all,

we are using offical docker compose to run the latest reviewboard, everything seems works fine but we got error [Errno 111] Connection refused when rbt login

We added certificate and using 443 ssl. Network shuold be fine becasue we could access dashboard.

BTW, how to check logs of reviewboard in container?  i checked the path /var/www/reviewboard/log in container but the directory is empty
