Hi,

We use RBTools to generate our peer review requests. The default behavior is to ignore git submodules. We would like to have an option to show changes to the .gitmodules file. Is this a currently supported option? Is there a way to enable it or an easy hack to show it?

Thanks,

Terry

Hey Terry,

We don't have anything that filters out the .gitmodules file. I've checked locally and it's being included in diffs I generate through RBTools. Do you see any changes to the file when you run `git diff`?

Any chance it's in .gitignore?

Also, what version of Git are you using?

Christian

Thanks Christian, perhaps I missed something on my end. I’ll investigate further.
