What is the recommended python version for RB 4.0.4?

What's the recommended Ptyhon version for Reviewboard 4.0.4?

2.7, 3.6, 3.8?

Hi Vlad,

3.8 would be your best bet. We'll be dropping 2.7 and 3.6, at the very least, in Review Board 5.0.
