Unable to post to SVN review board.

I have setup the review board but I could not able to post the review. I am getting below error. Can you please help me to resolve this issue,

rbt post -I sample.pm
ERROR: Error validating diff

The specified diff file could not be parsed. (HTTP 400, API Error 224)
