JIRA bug infobox showing 404 error

Hi,

I am running Review Board v. 3.0.14 on the ikatson docker image and I am in the process of reviewing some Reviewboard features.

 I have a problem with displaying the JIRA bug infobox when I hover over the bug link in my review requests. I have tried linking my repository in Review Board with my company's JIRA bug tracker and also a dockerized JIRA container. In both cases, clicking the link takes me to the right JIRA ticket. However, I wanted to have more integration in the form of an infobox. According to Review Board 2.5 documentation (https://www.reviewboard.org/docs/releasenotes/reviewboard/2.5/#deeper-bug-tracker-support), hovering over the bug should display a box with information about the ticket.  

According to Chrome devtools, when I hover over the bug number, it is returning a 404 (NOT FOUND) error.

Hi Justin,

Can you show me the URL it’s trying to access? And are there any relevant errors mentioning JIRA in the reviewboard.log?

Hi Christian, 

It looks like the underlined URL below is what the Review Board site is trying to access.

There does not seem to be anything in Review Board's Server Logs about JIRA. In the docker logs of the Review Board container, as shown below, it looks like my browser is trying to do an http GET on the same link, but running into error.
