Migration Of Reviewboard 3.0.8

Hi guys, I moved My RB 3.0.8 install to the new host CentOS7

When try to access the host i get 

[:error] [pid 3645] No handlers could be found for logger "djblets.extensions.manager"

in httpd error log

Djblets (1.0.6) seem to be installed when doing pip list

Can someone please advise?

Hi Danila,

Unfortunately that log information isn't really enough to tell what's failing exactly, but I will say that 3.0.8 is *very* old and we've put in place a number of important fixes for newer installs and dependencies.

You might need to upgrade to a newer 3.0.x release. If you do want to stay on 3.0.8, it'll be important that you use the exact version of every dependency you had on the old server (`pip freeze` will give you a list of dependencies you can `pip install`).
