Logged-out mobile menu has incorrect styling

What steps will reproduce the problem?
When logged out, the mobile menu (visible in browsers if you open the devtools and select a mobile mode, then click the hamburger menu) does not have the correct styling for the account actions.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The "Log in" and "Register" actions should be shown as commands along the top instead of with default list styling.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
MacOS Firefox 95, but any browser should reproduce this.
