What version are you running?

2.5.9

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

/dashboard/

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Not sure why the count are negative

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Saw negative Incoming RR, rather than positive

What operating system are you using? What browser?

Mac OSX, firefox

Please provide any additional information below.

Note that running following command fixed this issue:

rb-site manage /RB/install/path fixreviewcounts

2.5.9 is quite old, and several bugs relating to the counts have been fixed since. Please upgrade to the latest version and reopen if you encounter this again.
