1)Role - Solution Architect (Remote until COVID-19 crisis)
Client - VDOT (State of Virginia)
Location - Richmond, VA
Term of the Project - Long Term
Visa - Any Visa is accepted (OPT, CPT, H1B, H1B Transfers, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, USC, E3, L2-EAD)
Minimum Experience: 10+ years Mandatory
Requirements: Minim 10+ Years of IT EXP
• 5+ years direct experience in enterprise-level application design and integration.
• 5+ years direct experience in cloud application (Azure/AWS) architecture.
• 5+ years direct experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) architecture.
• Experience with SAFe architecture and proven work experience with Agile/Scrum teams.
• Proven experience in developing enterprise and solution level architectural designs.
• Proven experience in overseeing the linking of cross-functional applications between disparate business units and systems.
• Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data mapping.
• Knowledge of relational database design and management techniques.
• Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures, project lifecycle models, etc.
• Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
• Competency with XML constructs and schemas.
• Confidence and experience with API protocols and schemas such as SOAP and REST.
• Strong understanding of end-user needs and requirements.
• Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a team environment
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities Include
· Design, develop new web components using .NET, SQL , Azure, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and C#
· Extend SharePoint functionality with app parts, Azure web jobs and application technologies
· Deploy custom developed applications for SharePoint Online using DevOps
· Writing and modifying code to build applications and sites based on user requirements
· Maintain, improve, and integrate SharePoint solutions, including internal and external web sites
· Plan, lead and execute SharePoint online, web development tasks
· Support the development of technical solution documentation and training
· Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates
· Work with project business and system analysts to clarify the requirements and then implement them
· Participate in code reviews
· Enforce standards and best practices
· Participate in Agile SDLC

8 Years experience with PnP PowerShell
4 Years experience with design and develop RESTful APIs and integrating services with UI
8 Years experience to define, architect and implement solutions within SharePoint
5 Years experience with Infopath forms
3 Years experience with provider hosted apps and SharePoint Framework SPFx
3 Years experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies /Highly desired
3 Years experience with automated builds Highly desired
3 Years experience with SharePoint migration third-party tools (i.e Content Matrix, SharePoint Essentials Toolkit, Sharegate, SharePoint Migration Tool).
