Job Description:

 

Extensive experience in handing IT part of HR Support functions (Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, HR data & Analytics and Learning & Development)

Analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties.

Create management, communication plans and processes.

Define project responsibilities with stakeholders.

Strong communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders

Leadership experience and strong teaming abilities

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
