Job Title: Telecom Domain- Service Delivery Project Coordinator
Location: KY, TN, OK (day 1 Onsite)
Duration: Long Term Contract
BASIC FUNCTION
The Service Delivery Project Coordinator will assist the Project Management Team with the
Customer Experience. This includes but not limited to initial customer contact, education, and
ongoing updates. At times, the PC may be involved in some Project Manager tasks. The SDPC
can follow detailed directions, handling multiple, concurrent, tasks, and can reprioritize focus as
needed.

4.Project Coordination
a.Manage all day-to-day operational aspects of assigned tasks regarding project and
scope.
b.Single Point of Contact regarding all facets of service delivery
c.Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion or anticipate before the issue
impacts project schedule and/or scope.
d.Ability to orientate and adapt to the client environment and to make the service
delivery meet the business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
∙Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience
∙Customer service experience
∙Experience using Microsoft Office
