Specialist II – SAP Commerce. The ideal candidate should
have excellent hands on experience with SAP Commerce/Hybris
with a good understanding of B2C Commerce Integration.
Candidate should have good experience in implementation, application support,
enhancements, and global deployments in a technical and functional support
role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to provide
SAP Commerce technical and functional problem solving ownership and
follow-through is key to be successful in this role.
As a Specialist
II – SAP Commerce, you will
- Lead
design, development, deployment and support of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)
including customization, extension and implementation of services that
integrate with Commerce Cloud.
- Perform in-depth
analysis on all major PROD issues/defects and provide recovery
steps/enhancements to the team.
- Lead Problem Management
and resolution
- Implementing effective
monitoring & alerting strategies to ensure quicker detection of
issues.
- Be effective in solution
and system architecture, driving end to end solutions for complex
technical problems.
- Work in an agile and
highly collaborative environment with a globally distributed team:
architecture, product management, quality assurance, and operations.
- Manage individual
project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with your technical
expertise.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on development, installation,
configuration, and operating experience with SAP Commerce Cloud or
Hybris
- 4+ years of hands-on
experience in developing business critical software using Enterprise
Java/J2EE, Web Services, REST, JSON/XML, Servlet containers, JAXRS,
Spring, and related technologies
- Experience integrating
Hybris with other applications such as Content management, Payment
gateway, Tax, Customer Service, Marketing, Catalog using APIs.

Top 3 must have:

availability

Commerce
integration knowledge with Service, Chat, Marketing, Pricing, and 3rd
party logistics
Good to have:
- 4+ years of e-commerce
domain experience
- Bonus Tech Skills: Azure
Cloud, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git/Github, CI/CD concepts and tooling,
Web-based application architecture
