Role: ServiceNow Architect
Location: NJ (Remote )
Duration: Long term
Responsibilities:
• Lead all technical aspects of delivering complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform, advising clients on best practice to create lasting value and enhanced user experiences
• Define the Strategic Roadmap for the ServiceNow Platform with respect to our client's implementation
• Provide input to governance groups to ensure priorities align with the Strategic Roadmap.
• Define technical solutions, design approaches, and advise resources on development and configuration activities and best practices
• Participate in sprint planning efforts, including reviewing stories against business requirements, splitting epics, and ordering development logically in a virtual environment.
• Assist with discovery workshops and collaborate closely with Business Process Consultants to define customer requirements
• Participate in internal knowledge sharing, coaching, and collaboration activities and initiatives
• Serve as implementation lead for our customers, developers and testers
Minimum Requirements:
• 10+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with a comprehensive understanding of the product suite
• Minimum 3 years strategic planning and roadmap development for ServiceNow implementations
