Role: Tableau CRM Architect

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

Responsibilities of the Tableau CRM Architect: (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with IT and business teams to collect requirements, design a solution, and then build it in Tableau CRM
• Lead design and implementation of datasets, dataflows, and recipes to transform the source data into data usable for reporting and building prediction models
• Manipulating configuration json for dynamic data bindings and other advanced requirements
• Implement permission controls ensuring users only have access to the data and features relevant to them
• Implement Einstein discovery and prediction models to address key metrics and provide next best actions

Requirements:

• Expert in architecting Tableau CRM implementations from scratch, following best practices.
• Expert in building dataflows and recipes to transform the source data into data usable for reporting and building prediction models
• Experience manipulating configuration json for dynamic data bindings and other advanced requirements
• Must be a quick learner, able to quickly grasp a complex, heavily customized data model in Salesforce
• Experience in healthcare/pharma industry would be a plus
