Position: Manhattan WMS/WMOS

Job Location: Dublin, OH

Duration: Long Term

Visa: GC/USC

Technical/Functional Skills:

· Provide overall support of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for one or more sites.

· Request/test/implement changes to WMS applications that will support and improve the processes at the client’s warehouses.

· Provide functional configuration and testing within the WMS application.

· Instruct users in the proper and efficient usage of the system(s) and notify/train users when hardware and/or software changes occur.

· Troubleshoot hardware and/or software applications malfunctions and errors, as well as user problems, resolving them or escalating as necessary.

· Interfaces with internal and external technical staff to define application solutions.

· Provide local systems knowledge and support to business stakeholders.

· Prepare written materials that document activities, events, systems, and architecture of WMS Systems.

· Other duties as assigned.

· Basic knowledge and understanding of Labor Management.

· Basic knowledge and understanding of Manhattan TLM.
