Skill : Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering

 

·         Minimum 6+ years’ experience as a Business Process Analyst and/or Business Systems Analyst with at least recent 3+ years in Healthcare domain

·         Proven experience on in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering

·         Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows

·         Expertise in process documentation tools including MS-Visio(preferred), MindManager etc.

·         Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations

·         Experience developing business requirements

·         Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups

·         Strong business/client engagement skills

 

The successful candidate would have high level communication skills and be able to produce documentation to a high standard. Should display a high attention to detail and be able to establish effective working relationships with clients and business representatives.
