Required Qualifications:
· Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tampa, FL, Richardson (TX) or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
· Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
· At least 6 years of Information Technology experience.
· Experience of full-stack development of enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, JavaScript, SOAP, REST Web services, Spring Boot, Microservices
· Experience with web UI technologies using Java. JSP, Servlets , Spring Web, Angular or React
· Experience in developing and maintaining applications in any one of these areas: Service Fulfilment, Service Assurance, Field Operations, Network Lab Management
· Experience working on one of DB technologies, writing queries – Oracle, PL/SQL or Postgres
· Design and monitor tools to measure a particular problem or the contribution of a particular technique over time
· Work with product management and application development teams to identify, prototype, develop and deploy applications.
· Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
· Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
