Location: Remote/NYC
Duration: 12+ months
Remote to start, ideally would be partial onsite in NYC within a few months but would be open to 100% remote for an expert in Adobe, Invision, and Figma,
Assignment Details
Opportunity to shape the user experience in meaningful and ethical ways, making life better for users and customers
Immerse yourself in all aspects of end-to-end experience design, using storyboards, journey maps, flow diagrams, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and direction
As a member of this team you will be responsible for designing applications that allow business users to understand and leverage data about their customers
These products empower users and enable the ability to create experiences allowing users to customize surfaces for Salesforce experiences declaratively using Salesforce data without the use of a developer or having to write code
Using documentation, reviews, and presentations, communicate clear and compelling ideas to a wide range of key stakeholders
Serve as a bridge connecting design, product, engineering teams
Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and user research teams to create a vision for your product area
Oversee multiple web and mobile application features, interfaces, and experiences
Produce wireframes, storyboards, concepts, and other collateral for application development.
Create designs that adhere to and extend the existing style guide, design system of Coned
Generate detailed final design specs that inspire accurate developer builds
Work with developers and quality experts to deliver a polished final product
Skills & Requirements
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to help develop and evolve Salesforce low code core platform product experiences
5+ years of experience designing and delivering products from start to finish as part of a cross-functional team
Ability to successfully manage all aspects of a project from start to finish, working with both onsite and distributed team members to ensure on-time project delivery
Self-motivation; ability to produce results both independently and as part of a team
•Ability to both clearly convey and follow direction
Ability to quickly create and deliver original, professional-quality design work that is conceptually strong, meets business needs, and is on brand and on brief
Expert understanding of user-centered design methods and practices Experience using multiple approaches, including analytics and user research, to drive decisions and develop product iterations
Expert knowledge of current design tools, such as Adobe, Invision, Figma, along with an ability to quickly learn new tools as they emerge
