Copy Metadata Fields to a second instance

Hello,

I setup an initial test instance and used the GUI to customize the metadata fields.  I can't figure out where this configuration info is stored - is there a way to copy these to a second instance and avoid having to manually set them up again?

I believe the table that holds this information is the resource_type_field table
