External - Deep technical knowledge of both Splunk, New Relic, Opsgenie, and Status Page
Setting up dashboards
Working with product teams to determine new monitoring and alerts - Adding users
Administer and troubleshoot the tools
Qualifications
External - 10 years of experience
Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Be familiar with cloud hosting
Be able to monitor system and license usage and maintain them
General operations experience
Experience with Splunk issues and production support
