a)10+ yrs. of experience in Salesforce UI Development  

b) HTML/CSS/OOJS 

c) Salesforce Lightning Component Framework 

d) Knowledge of current JS FE framework - React or Angular

e) Nice to Have - Backend Development on Salesforce The platform, additional certifications in Salesforce
