Job Title:  Sr. Alfresco Premier with Java Developer

Duration: 12 months

Location: remote role 

Best rate:  DOE

Job Responsibilities:

•        Will work together with the customer to configure and maintain reliability and performance in the current environment and prepare planned upgrades.

•        Perform an annual health checks and performance tuning on customer’s environment, providing feedback and follow up on recommendations to identify and prevent any potential issues on their systems.

•        Continuously communicate with the colleagues from the Premier Support Services group and with Global support team.

•        Work closely together with Alfresco Sales Team, the Customer Success Managers and Alfresco Professional Services team including consulting and training.

•        Must have a strong debugging and critical thinking skills.

•        Need to possess an excellent customer service and communication skills.

 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Strong expertise in Alfresco Content Services Administration and ability utilizing Alfresco Administration tools.
• Prior development experience with J2EE, JavaScript, XML and Web services.
• Working knowledge of Hibernate, Maven, or Spring Framework.
• Familiarity with cloud-based Amazon AWS or Azure technologies is a PLUS.
• Experience working in Linux/Unix environment is a PLUS.

Understanding of standard support processes, network protocol layers, security layers and domain models.
