MANDITORY SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
· 10+ years ServiceNow ITSM functional development specialist
· Strong & Clear English verbal communication skills, Good customer facing & consulting skills
· Strong development of– Incident/Problem/Change Management, CMDB, Service Catalog, Asset Mgmt, SLM, Reporting/Dashboards
· Development/customization of: Core services (SSO, config roles, import datasets), CMDB (config classes/forms, access controls, import sets), Discovery (config MID servers, IP networks, credentials, lifecycle mgmt), Incident Mgmt (roles, incident forms, access controls, etc.), Problem Mgmt, Change Mgmt, Request Mgmt & Service Catelogs, Knowledge Mgmt, account Termination & Orchestration Service, Reporting customization
· Participate in the full software development lifecycle (requirements, design, code, unit test, implementation)
· Able to design service workflows & improvements, extract ITSM related functional specs, validating business requirements, creating functional/ process/workflow specs, story-lines & testing deployments
· Experience with out of box customizations, business/tech functional mapping, SNOW functional specs, Policy/Standards/Templates, Story Development, etc.
· Hands-on scripting/programming skills (JavaScript, Angular JS)
· Able to investigate & fix advanced (3rd level) application or workflow issues
· Strong understanding of ITIL Service Lifecycle (Service Strategy, Design, Transition, Operation, Improvement) and IT Change Management processes
· Experienced with working directly with end clients with strong written & verbal communication skills
· Self-motivated, sense of urgency, deliverables oriented
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
· B.S. (or Masters) degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent
· Industry experience in Banking and Financial Services
· Any ServiceNow certs: ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator), Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow Financial Management Fundamentals; ITIL V3
