Role: Power BI Developer (Minimum 6 years of experience is required)
Location: San Ramon, CA (onsite)
Job type: Contract
Implementation partner: LNT
Interview: WebEx Video (Audio & Video Mandatory)

 

Description: -

Design, develop, and test Power BI scripts to import data from source systems and test Power BI dashboards to meet customer requirements Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents

Strong Power BI , Excellent knowledge of Power BI, Some Knowledge on azure

Should be able to diagnose and fix data related issues

Strong ability to understand business and proactively suggest improvements / new reports that will support business goals

Effective communication skills as the person will have to work with stakeholders from various departments of Shipping including Strategy and IT

Perform detailed analysis of source systems and source system data and model that data in Power BI

Perform quality coding to business and technical specifications

Work directly with business units to define and prototype Power BI Dashboards

Extracting, transforming and loading data from multiple sources into Power BI applications
