Hello FYAers,

The March FYA Book club meeting turned into a fun hang with me and Erin. We did manage to get some book discussion in, like "what are your thoughts about a college freshman deferring for a year and not telling their parents?" We both agreed there's nothing wrong with taking some time off before starting college. In April, we're going to try again experimenting with a hybrid format. For those of you who want to meet in person, it'll be in south Raleigh at Dharani. It's near Holly's place so hopefully someone can give her a ride to-and-from. The rest of us will be on Zoom. I hope we can make this work 🤞 As always, folks are welcome even if they haven't read/listened to the book, if you just want to drop by and say hi and eat some delicious Indian food!

I finished Cartographers last night and I look forward to checking in with anyone about it. I wish I had felt well enough to be there for the meeting, but I do have more opinions after the, fo sho!

Putting this month's selection on hold and looking forward to being with you all! I'm too broke to even pay attention, so I will be joining via Zoom.

I unfortunately cannot make it today for book club. (Our end of the year work event got moved up a month & it ended up being at the same time as our meeting.)
