Job responsibilities:

Required:

• Salesforce product knowledge and hands-on administration experience with at least 5 years of experience with [Sales Cloud and Service Cloud]
• Trailhead badges/superbadges

• Certified Salesforce Administrator**
• Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree or professional qualification

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Required:

• A proactive attitude towards platform enhancements
• A desire to implement best practice solutions 
• Availability and responsiveness to questions
• Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions
• Training users and creating training materials
• Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
• Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): automation, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
