Looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with 10 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and scalable production systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with development, QA, security, and operations teams to improve system reliability, automation, and deployment efficiency. Key Responsibilities DevOps & Automation Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates) Implement deployment strategies such as blue-green, canary, and rolling deployments Cloud & Infrastructure Manage and optimize cloud environments on AWS / Azure / GCP Design highly available, scalable, and secure systems Monitor resource usage and optimize cost and performance Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and best practices Containerization & Orchestration Build and manage containers using Docker Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE/OpenShift) Configure Helm charts and manage Kubernetes clusters Monitoring & Reliability Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog, Splunk, etc. Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and incident management Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with developers to improve build, release, and deployment workflows Guide and mentor junior DevOps engineers Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making Drive DevOps best practices and improve DevSecOps maturity Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills 6–8 years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering Strong experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS / Azure / GCP) Proficiency in Linux/Unix system administration Strong scripting skills in Shell, Python, or Groovy Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bamboo, etc.) Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes Strong understanding of Networking, Security, and Load Balancing Knowledge of Secrets Management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault) Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in fast-pa
