🔍 Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced PAM Engineer with strong expertise in BeyondTrust Password Safe (PWS), BeyondTrust PRA, and HashiCorp Vault. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level privileged access solutions with an emphasis on automation, compliance, and system security.
🔧 Key Skills & Responsibilities
BeyondTrust Password Safe (PWS)
- Administer PWS including managed systems/accounts, smart rules, and discovery scans
- Implement password rotation policies, workflows, ISA roles, and dual control
- Troubleshoot rotation failures, lockouts, and API-based integrations
- Maintain integration with PRA for automated credential injection
BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access (PRA)
- Manage PRA appliances, access policies, jump clients, and session monitoring
- Configure protocol tunneling (RDP, SSH, VNC, etc.)
- Maintain PRA clustering, high availability, and ticketing integrations
- Implement vendor access, JIT access, and automated workflows
HashiCorp Vault
- Configure secrets engines, auth methods, policies, dynamic secrets, and namespaces
- Manage HA/DR, backup, seal/unseal, and storage backends (Consul/Raft)
- Implement Vault Agent, application integrations, and encryption-as-a-service
- Support performance replication and secure cloud/on-prem architectures
Automation & Scripting
- Advanced PowerShell & Python for automation, REST API, reporting, and data transformation
- Automate onboarding, provisioning, rotation, auditing, and monitoring
- Strong experience with Git, versioning, and CI/CD pipelines
Security & Compliance
- Enforce least privilege & zero-trust principles
- Conduct access reviews, support audits, and maintain regulatory compliance
- Monitor privileged sessions, alerts, and security violations
- Support incident response for credential compromises
Preferred Skills
- Kubernetes, MFA integrations, Cloud IAM (Azure/AWS/GCP), Terraform/IaC
- Cloud-native secrets management & hybrid PAM architecture exposure
