Primary Skills: Production/Application,L1/L2,Sybase /DB2,Core Java debug skills, Linux /Unix

Expectations of the role:

• Level II Production/Application Support Engineer - Experience in unix, shell scripting(command), Sql, Sybase/Db2,Java, Java Script. 
• Have hands-on experience in L1 and L2 support experience. 
• Good communication skills. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills. 
• Experience in Monitoring tool), scheduling tool(Autosys). 
• Experience/knowledge in Tomcat, apache server, web server,jboss. 
• Support Experience in handling multiple applications, product support experience.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in supporting Application and Database platforms (Sybase, DB2 etc)
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows OS platforms
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Shell, Perl, Etc.)
• Experience in performing application regression tests and performance benchmarking
• Software development integration and build processing in java
• Must be fluent in speaking, reading and writing English
• Strong analytical, communications and client-facing skills

Skill Required: Sybase /DB2,Core Java debug skills, Linux /Unix
