Is there a way to display the index of the table row as a cell value

While adding a table to the designer, I'd like to show the row index in the first column of the table. Is there a way to do so?

There is currently no builtin parameter but you can easily create one yourself: add a number parameter to your list (which you use as datasource for the table) and set its value to the current row number.
