Successfully merged changes are now grey instead of green?

We've just upgraded from 3.11 to 3.13.1. I noticed that merged changes are now displayed with a grey chip around the Word "Merged" as opposed to a green one before - is this change on purpose? For me and my team, the grey chip now very much looks like an abandoned change (both are now grey, just a slight different tone) while the previous green was just very clear that this change is merged and done...?
Or is there any way to influence the CSS with a custom CSS file? I found nothing about that in the documentation other than how to style the login page which uses a completely different template.

to make them consistent with Google's internal code review tool Critique.
This change is included since Gerrit 3.12.0.

Thanks for the explanation, I guess we'll have to live with it then, even though the previous colors seemed much more logical to us.

The question remains: Is there any way to customise the CSS (we're using the official docker container), then we could of course easily 'fix' it for us.
