What is the file modification indicator "W" short for on Gerrit review-ui?

In the file list of a change, I see one of them has the modification type as “W”. "git show --name-status"  shows its type is "T". git diff says "T" means files that have their type (i.e. regular file, symlink, submodule, …​) changed. "W" is not documented in Gerrit doc. What word is "W" short for?

AFAIK 'W' means 'Rewrite'.
