It looks like you are about to upload 4 different commits to your gerrit. Each of them needs a change-id. Amend is only going to take care of the last one.

If you want to upload 4 changes, do an interactive rebase, mark each change for edit, amend each change to have the hood add an id.

If you just want to upload one change, squash the four into a single commit
