Plugin replication-api

Hello everyone,

We are running a Gerrit instance on version 3.11.2.
While reviewing the list of installed plugins, we noticed a "replication-api" plugin. As far as we are aware, we have not explicitly installed this plugin.

Additionally, this plugin does not appear in the list of plugins maintained here: https://gerrit.googlesource.com/plugins/

Does anyone know what this plugin is and whether it is deprecated?

This jar is part of the replication plugin and enables cross-plugin communication.
