ERROR Submit to Branch

Hey

we had last week fail in our server and restarted it,

one of our repo/branch looks like got corrupted, and since than we can't push to this branch

we get :

An error occurred
Could not perform action: Lock failure

we had lock on the change under the repo

i have rename it to _old and it fix the problem

Looks like a stale file lock on some loose ref or on packed-refs.

This can happen if the Gerrit process crashes while holding a file lock.
